Troubleshoot Roku account login issues - Roku.com/link

Roku is streaming players when you activate a Roku account by using the activation code will be appearing on your TV screen. If you need to activate your Roku account, you would be filling some login details to complete that process.

One of the problems like if I can’t access Roku account

If I enter the Roku link code on the roku.com/link website, I get an error:

Try to enter the link code on the second time, when seeing an error after entering a Roku link code. It could be a network error or even a typing error.


Resolution for that issue:

• You have to press the start button on your Roku remote.

• Select Roku TV to “Get a new code”.

• New link code is displayed on your Roku TV.

• Now go back to website roku.com/link.

• Type the new code on that website.

Now my Roku device is frozen at the Roku link code screen still can’t access my Roku account even after I have entered the link code:

• Wait for petty minutes because to complete the activation process takes a time.

Try above steps to resolve the issue. If the Roku device still continues to show the screen with the link code:

• In order to activate the Roku device, you have to complete all the steps on that website.

• Roku device has not been activated right now if you don’t complete it.

When Roku device does not connect the internet connection you will see like this:

• 001 error will be appearing the message not connected on the screen (Roku player is not connecting to the network).

• Solution: Just try to connect the network.
